What are the payment options?

We take credit card, and PayPal. Credit cards may incur an extra processing fee. You can also pay by cash if you choose the pickup option.
What are the soaps made of?

All the soaps are handmade using a variety of oils and butters such as olive oil, RSPO certified palm oil, coconut oil, castor oil, shea butter, rice bran oil. Fragrances and coloring with mica is also added.
What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all of your Lotus Soap products. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please reach out to our support team at info@lotus-soaps.com within 90-days of your purchase and we will be happy to facilitate the process of returns and refunds.
What about shipping?

Shipping and handling will incur an additional $7.95 fee. We do ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx.
